TalentMove is certified to use validated psychological tests to determine personal drivers and motivational needs. Establishing the optimal match between competencies and job requirements is key for us. The results of our tests, feedback and coaching gives candidates a clear direction and path forward for their career. It also add value to organizations in their yearly HR cycle. Examples include yearly appraisals, management development conversations (MD), job coaching, individual training and career plans. Sometimes people are (temporarily) physically, mentally or cognitively limited and emotionally out of balance. TalentMove looks beyond personality, motives and competencies. Neuropsychological examination can provide a solution. Neuropsychology is the part of psychology that studies the relationship between brainfunctioning, behavior and cognitive functioning. A neuropsychological assessment identifies skills, qualities, restrictions or problems in cognitive function, behavior and emotions. With this research, intelligence, memory, attention and concentration, work rate, perception, speech & language, spatial skills and the ability to plan can be measured effectively. Sometimes questionnaires concerning dealing with complaints, feelings, emotions or personality are part of the research. Which tests are to be taken depends on the question. The neuropsychological examination is conducted by or under the supervision of a university-trained (clinical) neuropsychologist. |
