 TalentMove was founded in 2009 by enthusiastic psychologists and coaches with passion for their profession and business!

 

  

 

Gerard Dikschei works as an Assessment Psychologist and Coach within TalentMove. He completed his bachelor (BSc) in Human Resources (Breda) and later his master (MSc) in Work & Organizational Psychology (University of Tilburg). He worked in the field of Human Resources within a broad range of different companies like automotive (DAF), bank & insurances (ASR), engineering & consultancy (Arcadis), life sciences, food & chemicals (DSM). Gerard is skilled in the fields of job-career coaching and selection & development assessment centres. In his work he emphasizes the role of the individual, his/her personal development and career phases in relation with a continuously changing working environment.

 

 

Wendy Oostvogels works as an Assessment Psychologist within TalentMove. She achieved her bachelor’s degree (BSc) at the University of Applied Sciences at Breda (NHTV - Tourism & Management). Subsequently she went for her master (MSc) in the field of Work- and Organizational Psychology at the Tilburg University. Wendy gained practical work experiences as Labourcoach (UWV) and as a Market-researcher (Insight) where she performed research in order to optimize business processes. Next to TalentMove Wendy works as an HR Officer in a foodproducing company. Within TalentMove she focuses on the area of career & talentscans and is specialized in advicing on choises of careersteps, profession and study. She makes as certified trainer use of the TMA® and Profile Dynamics® tool. 

 

 

John Rijsdijk works as an certified Councellor and Trainings Actor within TalentMove. He completed Higher Technical School (HTS) and skilled himself in the area of coaching. He is registered as Councellor at the Dutch association of Councellors. John worked in different manager and consulting roles in larger companies (KPN, Logica) where he managed the change process and coached the involved parties. Going to the core and making the connection is John his credo. He is specialized in different coaching techniques (RET, Trans-Actional-analyses) and has a broad experience with councellling people in their careers and jobs. He participates actively as assessor and training actor in our selection & development assessment centres. 

 

 

Katelijne van Overveld-van Gent works as an Psychologist and Coach within TalentMove. Katelijne achieved her Master (MSc) in Work & Organizational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam. After her study she worked as a Recruiter with JS Consultancy. In the period 1998 till 2007 Katelijne worked in several HRM jobs. Till 2007 she was working as Manager HRM at the headquarter of HEMA. Katelijne specialized herself after this in the field of coaching and is working as a Career & Personal Coach. Within TalentMove she focuses on the field of peronal coaching and uses Profile Dynamics®. 

 

 

Mirjam Huijs works as an Assessment-Psychologist within TalentMove. She graduated Cum Laude and achieved her master (MSc) in the field of Work and Organizational Psychology at the Radboud University Nijmegen. Mirjam worked after this as a Research Assistant at the Radboud University Nijmegen. After that she worked for a while as a Psychodiagnostic Assistant within a Psychological Testing Centre where she participated actively in assessment centers. She is now working as a consultant for a recruiting company. Within TalentMove Mirjam works as assessor in the selection and development assessment centers. 

 

Mark Alves works as an assessment- and neuropsychologist within TalentMove. After his propedeuse Health sciences at Maastricht University, he successfully completed his bachelor Biological Psychology and master Neuropsychology. He followed additional courses including organizational behavior. Mark has worked as a neuropsychologist trainee at the Kempenhaeghe Institute and University Hospital Maastricht, where he respectively performed behavioral treatments and neuropsychological examination. Within TalentMove, Mark mainly focuses on cognitive and neuropsychological assessment. IQ, memory, concentration etc. are examined whereas any abnormalities such as dyslexia, ADHD, burnout and depression can be diagnosed effectively.

 

 

TalentMove follows the NIP code (Dutch Institute of Psychologists) which is the national association of Psychologists. The NIP takes care of the quality of the work from her members which can be recognized on the hall-mark: Psychologist-NIP®. TalentMove works closely with certified coaches, trainers and psychologists.
